"You have to hand over your identity and bank details to Microsoft to order the Azure VPS to run OpenVPN, Outline, pfSense or an alternative. From 2008 to 2017, I used KeepSolid VPN Unlimited. Back in 2018, I had loads of Outline VPN servers on DigitalOcean. A private VPN server does not obfuscate you because there are not enough other connections heading to the VPN server."
